About Greg
Cambria, California 12/2015
"I work to help people deepen their consciousness and embodiment and elevate their experiential and relational capabilities to develop a more awake and fulfilling experience of themselves, each other, and of life."
Greg draws from over 3 decades of intensive inquiry and training in the nature of mind, body, the self, life, and relationships.
His study of mind, nature, and spirituality includes a degree in cognitive neuroscience, 9 months of silent meditation retreat, 2 years as a student and 3 years as a facilitator at Interchange Counseling Institute in San Francisco, and full course offering and teaching at Headwaters Outdoor School in Mt. Shasta.
His practice in health, fitness, and nutrition include an upbringing immersed in nutrition and body awareness and 5 years of martial arts training in Qigong, Tai Chi, and Ninjitsu (Shodan black belt).
He is a great lover of music with 15 years of formal percussion and vocal training and 6 years as a semi-professional musician.
Greg's passion to deeply understand people, life and existence began at the age of 11. From that time he has dedicated himself to a broad spectrum of education, training, and experience in science, nature, meditation, relationships, social structures, the business world, and counseling. He has developed an integrated understanding of the human experience and how to awaken within and transform it.
Greg is a loving and compassionate counselor, guide and teacher of the human path. He is able to meet people in their essence and at their edges with care, clarity, and freedom from judgement.
Greg leverages his detailed understanding of the nature and use of intention, attention, thought, perception, emotion, and behavior to progress awareness, sensitivity, clarity, aliveness, and integration of the human experience. He can help you awaken to more of what is happening within yourself and your life and support you in discovering and cultivating the fulfillment you were born for.
